More than just a pixel pusher.
More than a product designer, I'm a storyteller at heart, weaving narratives through my designs.
I’m a Minneapolis-based creative who wears a lot of hats — and I like it that way. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across photography, retouching, design, animation, and video, bringing ideas to life with a healthy mix of curiosity, skill, and a strong cup of coffee.
Whether I’m smoothing pixels, building visual stories, or figuring out how to make an idea move (literally), I’m all about the details — and about making the process feel easy, collaborative, and maybe even a little fun.
My background is in high-end commercial photography and retouching, but I’ve always been drawn to the bigger picture: how visual elements come together to tell a story, make people feel something, or just look really, really good.
If you’ve got a project and need someone who can jump between roles (and software) with ease, I’d love to chat.
My inspirations and interests
I’m endlessly inspired by the creativity I see in the world around me, whether that’s in the patterns of nature or the vibrant experiences of travel. I also find a lot of inspiration in the creative adventures I share with my kids. Exploring new ideas and creative processes together with them keeps my perspective fresh and reminds me to approach design with a playful, curious mindset.. For me, design is all about capturing that sense of wonder and translating it into something meaningful.
Looking ahead
Looking ahead, I’m inspired to design with people and connection at the center, creating systems that simplify life while telling stories that resonate. I want my work to bring clarity and joy to everyday experiences, while leaving space for discovery and growth. Exploration fuels my perspective, and I see design as the tool that allows me to turn curiosity and empathy into solutions that make a real impact.
